The owners treat their employees like family and the good ones stay forever. I have never in my life seen so much invested in employees at a salon in terms of training to stay up to date on new trends and products and of them being happy at their place of employment. I feel like as a customer, this means you have access to the best techniques, color, tools and knowledge as it updates in the industry and that is a big deal when you are spending money and trusting people to do the service right.
